I honestly cannot recommend Rania and the team at RS Law Group highly enough.

Rania represented me through a property purchase that became far more complicated than I ever expected, particularly around issues concerning structures on the property, rubbish and unwanted materials, the condition the property was required to be left in, and disagreements about the settlement conditions.

From the moment these issues came up, Rania was exceptional. She carefully went through the contract, the special conditions, the advertising material and the information available, and picked up details and inconsistencies that I would never have noticed myself. She didn’t simply accept the other side’s explanations — she asked the right questions, challenged inconsistencies professionally and made sure my position as the purchaser was clearly and firmly put forward.

What impressed me most was how thorough and determined she was. She paid attention to the smallest details and made me feel that she was genuinely fighting to protect my interests, rather than simply trying to get the matter finished as quickly as possible.

Throughout a very stressful situation, Rania remained professional, responsive and clear. She explained what was happening in a way I could understand and gave me confidence knowing that someone knowledgeable was looking after my side of the transaction.
