  Rania saved me a bunch of money!! Before purchasing, I consulted with her regarding a piece of land and a specific building restriction. She communicated the problem to me and sent me to a consultant which ended up providing advice that building on the entire footprint was not permissible. Could have been horrible if we proceeded with it! I ended up engaging Rania again for a land purchase once we found suitable land and currently working together for this build.
